You MUST obtain an Event Approval from the Salem County Health Department prior to submitting your application. Please contact Salem County Department of Health – Division of Environmental Health at (856) 935-7510, Ext. 8448 to apply for approval. Please allow adequate time to obtain all necessary approvals.
